Job Summary
Make a statewide impact in the lives of individuals with complex clinical and behavioral needs.
Community Based Services (CBS) provides statewide residential, vocational, and consultative services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Mental Illness (MI), focusing on supporting people with complex behavioral needs and co-occurring disorders. This position will lead and support a multidisciplinary team of licensed clinicians dedicated to improving client wellbeing and supporting individuals transitioning into and out of CBS services.
The role is responsible for providing clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight to behavioral health providers across CBS programs statewide. This includes supervising a team of clinicians from various disciplines, such as Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors, and Licensed Professional Counselors, while also serving as an expert consultant to staff and programs. This position plays a key role in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of CBS services, with additional team growth anticipated in the future.
