Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support and supervision in community settings
• Assist individuals with achieving personal and service goals
• Transport individuals safely to appointments, community activities, and other approved destinations
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication as required
• Promote a positive, person-centered approach in all interactions

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Services
• Valid Georgia Driver's License
• Minimum 3-year favorable driving record
• Reliable vehicle with current automobile insurance
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 Independent Contractor
