    Join Our Team as a Behavior Therapist/RBT
    Location: Central and North OC
    Hours 8am- 8pm and after 2:30PM-8PM, Monday - Friday.
    Some flexible shifts from 2:30pm and 9am - 12pm. 


    $750.00 ABA Sign-On Bonus

    Job Requirements:
    • Experience in autism, special needs, education, mental health, and ABA.
    • Minimum 6 months – 1 year of ABA experience. BA/BS preferred in psychology, counseling, social work, education, or related fields.
    • Availability primarily from 9am- 12pm and/or 2:30pm - 8pm on multiple days per week; commitment to 6 months.
    • Strong clinical insight and critical thinking skills.
    • Bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists are highly desired.
    • Reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license, and insurance.
    • Ability to pass background checks
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Be fun, energetic, and motivating for the children and families we work with.
    • Provide skills training and behavioral therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and their families.
    • Part-time availability (up to 25 hours per week); maintain a reliable and consistent schedule.
    • Travel within the North and Centreal Orange County area to clients' homes.
    • Maintain accurate therapy records, including session notes and data summaries.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to parents/caregivers.
    • Collaborate with therapists, clinical staff, schools, and other therapies.
    • Work independently in implementing treatment plans, seeking support as needed.
    • Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
    • Meet all training and certification requirements.
    Physical Demands:
    • Full physical dexterity/agility to perform required movements (bending, kneeling, typing, etc.).
    • Sufficient vision to carry out duties.
    • Ability to lift and carry pediatric clients (5 to 50 lbs.).

    The ABA Sign-On Bonus is paid after 90 days of working with clients. Bonus varies based on ABA work experience, education, certification, and meeting all job requirements. All pre-stated availability and location must continue for 90 days.
