Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role you will facilitate and implement individual therapies for children and adults with autism and other neurodivergences. Responsibilities 

• Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to target socially significant behaviors.
• Implement ABA methods to improve clients' self-help and independence skills.
• Apply ABA techniques to reduce challenging behaviors which create barriers. 
• Collaborate with other service providers.
• Deliver behavior intervention plans, treatment plans, and behavior goals.
• Conduct data collection.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred (high school diploma required)
• Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.
• Punctual, dedicated, and dependable individuals with a passion for helping others.
• Previous experience as a behavioral therapist preferred but not required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
• Negative TB test results
• Reliable transportation and valid CA drivers license
• Valid auto insurance
• Pass a criminal background check
• Availability: Must have AT LEAST Monday-Friday, 3 pm -7 pm available.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
