    The Behavior Technician plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality behavioral services across multiple settings, including home, clinic, and school environments. Reporting to a BCBA Supervisor or Clinical Director, the technician frequently travels to client sessions to implement intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with clinical teams to support client progress.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions
    • Implement intervention plans as directed by supervisors
    • Generate detailed behavior reports to monitor client progress
    • Collaborate with supervisors and team members for optimal service delivery
    • Document session activities and maintain organized records

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
    • Proficiency in data recording and analysis
    • Experience with behavioral intervention techniques
    • Strong communication and observation skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
    • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
    • Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving skills
