Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide 1:1 direct therapy to clients in home, clinic, school, or community settings
• Collect accurate behavioral data and document session progress using designated data systems
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Support clients in reducing challenging behaviors through evidence-based techniques
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and care teams to ensure consistent program implementation
• Maintain professional, compassionate relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Physically able to engage in active play and implement behavioral intervention techniques
