Location: Norfolk, Virginia (In Home)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 - 6:00 pm
Pay: $20.00-25.00/hour depending on experience
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You'll work one-on-one with our patient's families, helping individuals learn new skills and reach new milestones.
Provide in-person behavior intervention services in an individual's home setting and community
Collect and record data on patient behaviors
Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst

What You'll Need
Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field
Obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire
Experience or willingness to work with young adults with special needs
Reliable Transportation
Must have an active CPR Certification
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
