Behavior Technician (RBT/Paraprofessional)

$22–$25/hour | Based on Experience & Education | Flexible Scheduling

ABA Express is looking for a passionate, energetic, and compassionate RBT/Paraprofessional to join our growing clinical team!

What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings

• Collect session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours

• Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Participate in 7-day and 30-day new-hire check-ins

• Communicate professionally with families and supervising BCBAs

• Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification

• Experience with ABA data collection and documentation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, creativity, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting the Autistic community

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
