The Role: Where Learning Meets ImpactAs a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing individualized behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a meaningful, hands-on role where you will directly support skill development and positive behavior change.

You will be supported by experienced supervisors and receive ongoing guidance as you build your skills in the field.

Sessions take place in the community or client homes.Cases are assigned as close to your home as possible.After-school availability required, weekends a plus.

Requirements

Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to travel locally

Preferred ExperienceExperience working with children in any setting such as childcare, education, psychology, or healthcare. ABA experience preferred.
