Your Key Responsibilities:

- * Implement ABA Programs: Work directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress using advanced data collection methods.

- * Family Collaboration: Provide daily feedback and coaching to parents, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

- * Community Integration: Deliver services in various settings, helping clients engage with their communities.
What We're Looking For:

- * Experience: 1 year preferred but not required.
*
- * Availability: Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM – 5 PM (minimum 25 hours/week).
*
- * Certifications: Driver's License required; RBT certification preferred. Must have fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification.
*
- * Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in various postures and assist with physical activities.
