Pay Rate: $21–$27 per hour

Hours: 15–25 hours per week

Schedule:Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Location: East Elmhurst, NY 11369

Preferred Qualifications:

• Behavior Technician (BT) experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Professionals will work alongside a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA, LBA) to carry out the therapeutic treatment plan. As a BT, your work will contribute to the child's growing achievements in daily living, social, communication, learning skills and decrease in problematic behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children
• Experience working with children with special needs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Implementing tailored Treatment Plans to promote skill development amongst children with Autism
• Collect data on client progress using a web-based application
• Complete daily session notes and required documentation
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional environment during sessions
