Job Title: Behavior Technician Empowering Children with Developmental Disabilities

- Passionate Individuals: No formal experience? No problem! If you have experience working with children with developmental disabilities (personal or volunteer-based), well provide all the training and support you need to thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Work one-on-one with children in clinical, home, and community settings to help them develop essential life skills.
- Collect and record detailed data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist children in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills for greater independence.

Travel Requirements:
- The position requires the flexibility to travel between the clinic and clients' homes within Fairfax and nearby areas as needed to provide services in different settings.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED.
- Must pass a background check.
- A passion for working with children with developmental disabilities is essential.
