What You’ll DoProvide play-based, 1:1 ABA therapy to preschool-aged children with autism and developmental delaysSupport development of communication, play, and daily living skills through engaging, child-centered interactionsImplement treatment plans designed by BCBAsCollect data and monitor client progressMaintain daily session notes and documentationCreate a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environmentWhat We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED (required for RBT certification)Experience with children or ABA is a plus—but not requiredPositive, energetic, and team-oriented mindsetStrong reliability and professionalismWillingness to learn and grow in the field
