Behavior Technician (BT)/ Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Good Pay and Culture

Full-time hours (35–37.5/week) with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours/week – your paycheck stays consistent even when clients cancel Paid training + RBT certification support (including exam fees) Retention bonuses at 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years Career growth opportunities – clear pathway to advanced roles and BCBA track Tuition reimbursement for employees enrolled in a BCBA program Collaborative team model – work alongside OT, ST, and PT Fun, team-oriented culture – monthly paid team events & happy hours Employee recognition program with rewards and incentives What You’ll Do Provide play-based, 1:1 ABA therapy to preschool-aged children with autism and developmental delays Support development of communication, play, and daily living skills through engaging, child-centered interactions Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs Collect data and monitor client progress Maintain daily session notes and documentation Create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED (required for RBT certification) Experience with children or ABA is a plus—but not required Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset Strong reliability and professionalism Willingness to learn and grow in the field Our team works alongside Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapists to support meaningful, developmentally appropriate outcomes for each child.
