Behavior Technician (BT)

Hiring for the remainder of the current school year and interviewing for the 26-27 school year

EdTheory is seeking a dedicated and passionate Behavioral Therapist (BT) to join our growing team in Moraga, California. The BT will be responsible for providing high-quality behavior analysis services to individuals and families, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field preferred.

• Experience providing behavior therapy or ABA services, especially for individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, is strongly preferred.

• Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support effective treatment outcomes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.

• Willingness to receive ongoing supervision, training, and professional development as required.
