We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians to join our growing clinical team.About the RoleBehavior Technicians provide direct ABA therapy to children in 1:1 and small group settings in our clinic. You'll work under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst to help children learn meaningful skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with learning.Pay & Schedule$17–$20/hour, based on experiencePay increases tied to performance evaluationsMonday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 3:45 PMFull-time employees receive PTO and benefitsWhat You'll DoImplement individualized behavior intervention plansDeliver ABA teaching programs using prompting and reinforcementCollect and record data on behavior and skill acquisitionSupport parent and caregiver trainingParticipate in ongoing ABA, ethics, and professional development trainingsCommunicate regularly with supervisors and team membersMaintain client safety, confidentiality, and ethical standardsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredExperience with ABA or developmental disabilities preferredAbility to build rapport with children and familiesMust be 18+, with reliable transportation and valid driver's licenseBenefits401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision insurance, paid training, paid lunch break, generous PTO package including federal holidays, paid breaks and personal days (totaling over 6 weeks off a year), parental leave, professional development assistance, license reimbursement, referral program, and advancement opportunities.
