    Behavior Services & Training Support Specialist
    Full-Time, Salary $40,000-$45,000
     
    GoodLife Innovations serves individuals with disabilities and aging adults across Kansas. We are seeking a Behavior Services & Training Support Specialist to help strengthen the quality, compliance, and day-to-day operations of our Behavior Services and Training Departments.

    What You'll Do:
    • Behavior Services Support
      • Review behavior service documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
      • Support Human Rights Committee (HRC) documentation, tracking, meetings, and compliance.
      • Enter and update information in agency systems and generate reports.
      • Assist leadership with tracking clinical quality indicators and preparing meeting materials.
    • Training Support
      • Coordinate weekly new hire training and assist with training logistics.
      • Prepare training materials, classroom resources, and supplies.
      • Monitor employee training requirements and identify missing, incomplete, or expired training.
      • Support specialized training, refresher courses, and certification programs.
      • Become certified to teach CPR/First Aid and Safety Care and facilitate these courses as needed.
    Some Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
    • Experience in human services, healthcare, education, training, or administrative support preferred.
    • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) preferred.
    • Comfortable learning electronic databases and documentation systems.
    • Ability to provide effective and engaging training for small and medium-sized groups.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Ability to physically perform the functions of the job required.
    • Ability to work in-office and travel between regional GoodLife locations as needed.
