    Job Description

    An education and student-support organization providing tutoring, therapy, behavioral services, evaluations, and other specialized support is seeking Behavior Intervention Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help students develop positive behaviors, social skills, communication abilities, and greater independence. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior intervention, counseling, or student support who are passionate about helping children succeed in both educational and everyday environments.

    What you will be doing:

    • Provide individualized behavior intervention services based on each student's needs and established goals.
    • Implement ABA-based and evidence-informed behavioral strategies under appropriate supervision.
    • Support students in developing communication, social, academic, self-regulation, and daily living skills.
    • Monitor student behavior and progress and document services accurately.
    • Use positive reinforcement and proactive strategies to encourage appropriate behaviors.
    • Help identify behavioral triggers and implement appropriate intervention techniques.
    • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, families, and supervising professionals.
    • Provide consistent, supportive, and student-centered behavioral guidance.
    • Contribute observations and progress information to individualized student support plans.

    Experience you will need:

    • RBT certification preferred for RBT positions.
    • Experience in ABA, behavior intervention, counseling, special education, or a related field.
    • Experience working with children or students preferred.
    • Strong communication, patience, organization, and observational skills.
    • Ability to follow individualized behavior plans and maintain accurate documentation.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
