The Social Worker LICSW will function as a core member of a multidisciplinary team and communicate patients healthcare needs with primary care, behavioral health services, healthcare facilities, and/or payers. Acts as an advocate and helps patients gain access to resources while confronting their personal issues such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse.

The Professional Counselor Mental Health Counselor Associate practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Professional Counselor Mental Health Counselor Associate will collaborate with patients support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.

The Licensed Professional Counselor Mental Health Counselor practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor Mental Health Counselor will collaborate with patients support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.

The Mental Health Therapist LMFT practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Mental Health Therapist LMFT will collaborate with patients support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.

Provides comprehensive biopsychosocial-spiritual assessment, diagnosis, and/or treatment, interventions, advocacy of patients and their support systems. The Social Worker incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The Social Worker will collaborate with the patient and support system to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter-Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT).

Social Worker LCSW

Required qualifications • Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) in an education program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and approved by the Secretary based upon nationally recognized standards. • Upon hire, Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License or • Upon hire, Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Temporary License • 2 years in the field or in a related area.

Preferred qualifications • 2 years of Ambulatory clinic or hospital experience.

Social Worker LCSW Salary Range Min: $35.35 Max: $54.88

Professional Counselor

Required qualifications • Masters Degree in counseling or related field • Upon hire, Washington Mental Health Counselor Associate License • Preferred qualifications • 1 year of Masters level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship • Additional experience in substance use treatment setting

Professional Counselor Salary Range Min: $30.81 Max: $48.77

Licensed Professional Counselor

Required qualifications • Masters Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or related field • Upon hire, Washington Mental Health Counselor License • Preferred qualifications • 2 years of related experience • 1 year of Masters level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship • Additional experience in substance use treatment setting

Licensed Professional Counselor Salary Range Min: $35.25 Max: $54.88

Social Worker MSW

Required qualifications • Masters Degree in Social Work

Preferred qualifications • Washington Advanced Social Worker License or • Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License or • Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License or • Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License • 2 years of Hospital experience.

Social Worker MSW Salary Range Min: $31.43 Max: $48.78

Mental Health Therapist LMFT

Required qualifications • Masters Degree in Family therapy • Upon hire, Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License • Preferred qualifications • 1 year of Masters level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship • Additional experience in substance use treatment setting

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidates placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range, and additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby-on-call overtime premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
