The Behavioral Health Clinician II (BHC II) provides screening, consultation, behavioral intervention, referrals and counseling and therapy to patients within an integrated medical and behavioral health setting. Makes clinical recommendations and refers to appropriate levels of care in a team-based setting. Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of California. This position requires a strong team player and self-starter. The BHC II will provide mental health and substance abuse assessment and treatment of patients across multiple sites. The BHC II promotes patients' self-management and empowers patients/families to achieve maximum levels of wellness and independence.
