Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based support while giving our consultants the freedom to work independently and creatively.Position OverviewAs a Behavior Consultant (1099), you will design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans for clients of all ages. You'll collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote skill development, independence, and quality of life.What We OfferFlexible Scheduling – You choose your hours and service areas.Competitive Pay – Hourly rates based on experience.Supportive Environment – Access to resources, training, and peer collaboration.No Minimum Billing Requirements – Focus on quality, not quotas.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior support plans.Provide training and coaching to families, caregivers, and staff.Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and agency guidelines.QualificationsMaster's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or related field.Must have a valid CPR CertificationExperience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Must pass background checks and hold a valid driver's license.Must have a negative TB test within the past yearMust be able to see client in Indiana in-personContract Type1099 Independent Contractor – You manage your own schedule, caseload, and taxes.
