Location: Wyomissing, PA

Pay Rate: $35.00+/hour

Schedule: Part-Time & Full-Time

Program: Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)

About the Role

As a Behavior Consultant within our IBHS program, youll partner with families, schools, and treatment team members to develop individualized behavior support strategies, conduct assessments, and provide expert clinical guidance that helps clients thrive in their everyday environments.

What Youll Do

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and comprehensive evaluations for new IBHS clients.

  • Provide behavioral consultation and recommendations to families, caregivers, educators, and treatment team members.

  • Deliver high-quality mobile clinical services in homes, schools, and community settings.

  • Provide crisis assessment, intervention, and behavioral stabilization support when needed.

  • Maintain timely, accurate, and high-quality clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

  • Engage in regular clinical supervision to enhance your skills and support professional growth.

  • Participate in ongoing training and continuing education opportunities.

  • Track behavioral outcomes and collect required assessment data for service reauthorizations.

What Were Looking For:

  • Masters degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling, or a closely related field
  • At least one year of full‑time experience providing mental or behavioral health services to children, youth, or young adults
  • License or Certification preferred, but not required (LPC, LCSW, Behavior Specialist or Behavior Consultant)
  • Clearances: PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal History Clearance, FBI Fingerprinting, Verification of non‑exclusion from Medicaid/Medicare programs

Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
