Location: Amherst, NY
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 37.5 hrs./week

Your Impact as a Behavioral Case Manager
The Behavioral Case Manager leads behavioral assessments, develops evidence-based behavior intervention plans, and provides consultation, training, and crisis intervention/support. They oversee treatment sessions and guide Behavioral Support Specialists, working closely with Teachers and clinical leadership to ensure effective implementation of behavior strategies at Summit Academy Enhanced.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (or in process) required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Master's degree (or in process) in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, School Psychology, or a related field. Experience in developing and implementing behavioral support plans with developmentally disabled individuals using Applied Behavior Analysis methods.
