No billable hour requirements. A consistent weekday schedule. Meaningful clinical work with adults.
At Dungarvin, we support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living as independently as possible through person-centered, community-based services. Our programs focus on real-life outcomes, consistency, and long-term progress.
As a Behavior Analyst, you'll provide hands-on clinical services within our adult day programs across Sonoma and Solano Counties. You'll conduct assessments, develop behavior support plans, and work closely with individuals, direct support staff, and program leadership to create meaningful progress in everyday settings.
This isn't a traditional clinic-based ABA role. It's an opportunity to focus on clinical care, collaboration, and real-world outcomes without the pressure of billable hour requirements.
What Makes This Role Different
Work Location & Travel
This position supports our adult day programs across Sonoma and Solano Counties, with the workweek divided between the two counties based on clinical priorities and program needs. You can generally expect to spend two to three days per week in each county, with designated workdays at each location rather than traveling between counties during the same day. This is a fully on-site position, and candidates must be comfortable regularly working in both counties.
Work-related mileage is reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
