    BCBA Key Duties & Requirements

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disabilities.
    • Conduct skill acquisition assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive behavior treatment plans.
    • Supervise ABA therapists, provide direct intervention when needed, and monitor treatment progress through data-driven documentation.
    • Provide parent/caregiver and therapist training and collaborate with multidisciplinary providers, including SLPs, OTs, pediatricians, and psychologists.
    • Participate in program development, staff training, workshops, and community outreach activities.

    Requirements

    • Master s degree required.
    • Current BCBA certification/licensure required.
    • Minimum 1 year of direct ABA experience with children with autism; 5 years preferred.
    • Experience supervising ABA therapists and collaborating with families and clinical/educational teams preferred.
    • EPIC EMR experience preferred.
    • Experience in a hospital/health system preferred.
    • Basic Excel skills required.

    Schedule

    • Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
    • 40 hours/week; no weekends.
    • Semi-flexible schedule across two nearby sites.
    • 13-week contract, with potential for extension or conversion.
