Before and After School Teacher Assistant

We're looking for an early learning professional who:Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentTakes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever neededIn this role, you will:Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactionsMake child safety the top priority at all timesKeep the space clean and organizedHelp create an environment where kids feel supported and includedBuild strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staffRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needsMust pass a Background Screening and Central Registry checkWhy Join Us?
