We're looking for someone who:Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentTakes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever neededIn this role, you will:Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)Make child safety the top priority at all timesKeep the space clean and organizedHelp create an environment where kids feel supported and includedBuild strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staffRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent requiredCPR and First Aid certification requiredAbility to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)Must have a high school diploma or GED,Must be at least 18 years old6 months experience instructing children in a group setting. AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.

$200.00 HIRING BONUSLocation(s):Suffolk Elementary Schools for the new fall school year starting in August 2026Florence Bowser, Mack Benn, Northern Shores ,Hillpoint, Kilby, Southwestern, Creekside and Elephants Fork Elementary Pay: 15.00 hourly Hours: Monday through Friday AM shift 6:30am-9:15am PM shift 3:30pm-6pmLooking for experience that matters?
