We are seeking a dependable Bedding Operator B to safely operate manufacturing equipment used to produce components and finished bedding products according to daily production schedules and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate assigned manufacturing and cutting equipment.
- Perform cutting operations according to production and customer specifications.
- Adjust cutting requirements as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Enter production information into the SAP system.
- Follow work instructions and production requirements.
- Ensure finished products are labeled correctly.
- Assist with inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous machine operation experience preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure.

- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours.
- Frequent walking, lifting under 75 lbs., carrying, pushing, reaching, and repetitive hand/arm movements.
