QUALIFICATIONS


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited Home Health Aide program preferred
  • Active HHA license preferred
  • Physically able to perform caregiving duties
  • Comfortable handling body fluids and following safety protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meets all required employment qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES


  • Provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Follow each patient's individualized care plan
  • Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and supervisors
  • Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
  • Submit all required documentation promptly
