Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Provide professional, upbeat consultations to customers
- Educate customers on company guidelines and industry best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Handle cash transactions and assist with opening/closing duties
- Complete daily administrative tasks and performance tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods (up to 7 hours)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
