Job Description:

Provides personalized customer service and demonstrates product passion to create an engaging in-store experience. Assists with sales, educates guests on premium beauty products, and maintains store visual standards.

Position Type:

Part-Time (Seasonal - November through December)

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and assist customers with prestige skin care, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products
• Drive sales while building authentic customer relationships
• Maintain sales floor presentation, stock, and visual merchandising standards
• Operate point-of-sale systems during checkout

Requirements:

• Previous retail or point-of-sale experience preferred (amateur experience welcome)
• Flexible availability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
