 Business Operations Coordinator – Job Description  Department: AdministrationFLSA Status: Exempt Job Type: AdministrativeWork Schedule: Monday - Friday /As Needed Job Status: Full TimeReports To: CEO/COO/CNOAmount of Travel Required: NonePositions Supervised: None  POSITION SUMMARY This role supports the smooth operation of the business office by managing financial processes, staff onboarding and training, vendor and supply coordination, policy and procedure oversight, and administrative tasks such as record requests and scheduling. Additional responsibilities may be assigned to ensure overall efficiency and effectiveness of business office operations.
