BDM Specialist (USA)

Remote | United States | 30–40 Hours per Week

Join a successful international staffing company and help connect top remote talent with businesses across the United States.

We're looking for a well-connected, established sales professional with their own rolodex of leads and business contacts. The ideal candidate has an existing network within Corporate America and can leverage those relationships to generate new business opportunities from day one.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has a strong network and enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and developing long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

• Based in the United States
• Established network and personal rolodex of business contacts and potential leads
• Proven B2B sales or business development experience
• Existing relationships with companies, decision-makers, or business owners in the US
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to generate and close new business
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Available 30–40 hours per week
• Willing to attend industry expos, conferences, and networking events occasionally
