As a BDC Service Appointment Consultant, you will assist customers by phone and online chat with scheduling service appointments and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and chats from customers

• Schedule service appointments

• Provide friendly, professional customer service

• Work with the service team to ensure a smooth appointment process

Requirements

• Friendly phone voice and strong communication skills

• Customer service mindset

• Ability to multi-task

• Basic computer and typing skills

• Team-oriented attitude

Spanish speaker is a plus.
