In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and following up with customer inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through are essential.
Compensation
  • Pay range: $19–$21 per hour

Sales BDC Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries while proactively generating additional customer leads
  • Listen carefully to customer needs and provide tailored recommendations on vehicle options
  • Collaborate closely with sales consultants to deliver qualified leads and detailed customer insights
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively across departments
Sales BDC Qualifications
  • Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of internet sales experience (automotive experience is a plus)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
  • Confident, energetic, and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with a desire to achieve both individual and team success
