Job Description
We are currently seeking a representative to work in our automotive Business Development Center. The Automotive BDC Representative responds to inquiries via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. He or she answers incoming telephone calls in a warm, helpful, and professional manner. Outgoing calls and incoming assigned tasks are part of the daily routine. This is a performance based position in a busy call center environment. In addition to providing the best possible automotive experience for our guests, our purpose is to make a difference in people’s lives. Responsibilities
Schedules sales appointments
Contacts service customers after their visit to monitor quality control and satisfaction
Maintains high customer satisfaction and retention
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with Guests and Associates
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Call center experience preferred
Ability to handle prolonged periods of computer and phone usage
Ability to follow script to ensure consistency and professionalism with all calls
Strong organizational skills
Professional appearance
Ability to read, write, and comprehend written instructions and information
Demonstrated customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner with clear, concise, and professional communication skills
Strong relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
