Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency with all aspects of inbound, outbound, and chat appointment scheduling across various dealership clients and using multiple scheduling platforms and client-provided guidelines.
  • Develop a specialization in one or more key client accounts to deliver elite service that exceeds client expectations
  • Understand Call Control’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to consistently meet and exceed all required metrics and quotas necessary to achieve company productivity standards
  • Assist with maintenance of internal customer database and keeping contact information up to date
  • Complete outbound business to business cold calls to schedule demonstrations of our services
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1 on 1 sessions to be coached, monitored, and supported by Call Control leadership
  • Maintain reliable transportation to and from work
  • Follow all safety regulations and procedures
  • Assist training team with shadowing and role playing as needed
