Location: Port Charlotte, FL (Onsite) | Type: Full Time | Compensation: Hourly Base + Uncapped Performance Bonuses (Earn up to $75,000 annually)

We are a fast-paced, customer focused dealership built on strong core values, looking for a motivated team and energetic BDC Representative to join our team. As a BDC Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers – handling all inbound and outbound communication, setting appointments, and helping drive business to our sales team while delivering a professional and positive experience.

Schedule: Must have full availability including Friday's and Saturday's. Sunday's are on rotation! Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM. 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Respond to internet leads, calls, emails, and texts quickly
  • Make outbound follow up calls, emails, and texts efficiently
  • Ability to handle objections and stay persistent
  • Set, confirm, and track appointments with urgency and accuracy
  • Mine the database and manage the customer relations
  • Commit to the dealerships proven process and daily workflow to drive results
  • Work with the sales team to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Serve as a customer and dealership advocate, delivering a positive experience supporting business goals and culture

Basic Requirements

  • Sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge on Microsoft office
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to thrive in a healthy, competitive, performance-driven environment
  • Positive, driven attitude
