Are you a driven, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and communication? Flood Auto Group is looking for an enthusiastic and professional BDC (Business Development Center) / Internet Sales Representative to join our growing team!
What You'll Do:
Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and online inquiries
Set appointments and follow up with potential customers
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Use CRM tools to track leads, update customer records, and manage follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Experience in customer service, retail, or call center a plus (automotive preferred but not required)
Comfortable with phone, email, and online communication platforms
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
