Job Summary
We are looking for a BDC Service Consultant to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills, punctual nature and the ability to handle a dynamic work environment. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, and assisting in scheduling service appointments.

Responsibilities
Answer dealership service phones, schedule service appointments
Schedule Pickup/Delivery appointments and work with team of drivers
Work cooperatively with service and other internal teams
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Work with service team with day to day operations
Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
- Reconcile daily service deposits
- Assist clients into loaner vehicles and utilize loaner car program
- Contact clients after service for follow up and survey
- Contact clients for declined services and schedule back in at later date
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
Punctual nature and ability to handle dynamic work environment
Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
