    About the Opportunity

A well-funded, early-stage healthcare company is building an innovative, technology-enabled model designed to transform how families of children with autism access and experience ABA therapy.

The organization is focused on making evidence-based autism care more accessible, effective, equitable, and centered around caregivers. Its clinical leadership team includes nationally recognized experts in caregiver-mediated ABA and evidence-based parent training models.

    The Clinical Model

The model is 100% virtual and caregiver-mediated. Rather than relying on high volumes of technician-delivered hours, the model empowers caregivers to become skilled agents of change within their child's everyday environment.

All clinical sessions are delivered directly by a BCBA through telehealth. There is no RBT supervision or in-home technician component, allowing BCBAs to focus their time directly on clinical care, caregiver coaching, and meaningful outcomes.

    The Role

As a BCBA, you will provide direct caregiver-mediated ABA therapy through telehealth. You will work closely with families to coach caregivers in implementing evidence-based interventions within their everyday routines.

This is a clinician-focused position with minimal administrative burden and no RBT supervision responsibilities.

    • Collect and analyze clinical data to monitor progress, modify interventions, and demonstrate outcomes.
    • Utilize standardized assessment tools and internal clinical KPIs to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
    • Complete clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress reports, and session notes, in accordance with payer requirements.
    • Contribute clinical feedback and insights to the continued development and refinement of the organization's care model.
    • Help improve the overall family experience through collaborative, responsive, and evidence-based care.
