We're looking for a passionate BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead and inspire our ABA team while delivering life-changing services to children and families.

    What You'll Do:

    • Oversee ABA services in homes and center-based settings
    • Train, coach, and support ABA staff
    • Develop and supervise treatment plans and behavior interventions
    • Work closely with families for meaningful outcomes
    • Keep it ethical, evidence-based, and person-centered

    What You Bring:

    • BCBA certification + RI LBA license
    • 2+ years of experience with children with autism
    • Strong communication, leadership, and training skills
    • A collaborative spirit and a heart for service

    Requirements

    BCBA certification + RI LBA license

    Salary Description

    78,000 to 90,000
