We have partnered with a premier ABA facility in Richmond Hill, GA, to find a visionary Clinical Director. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this pivotal leadership role is responsible for the clinical integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence of the clinic.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: $80,000 – $90,000.

The Role & Responsibilities
As the Clinical Director, you serve as the clinic’s clinical record owner and primary authority on evidence-based care. You will mentor a diverse clinical team, fostering a culture of professional growth and high-quality patient outcomes.
Clinical Leadership: Manage and mentor clinical staff, implementing continuous improvement strategies and professional development programs.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the clinic adheres to all federal and state laws, including record-keeping, HIPAA standards, and JCAHO requirements.
Operational Oversight: Develop and evaluate clinical policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
Quality Assurance: Conduct systematic reviews of billings to ensure accuracy and monitor patient outcomes to drive quality improvement.
Administrative Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between clinical staff, administration, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Certification: Active BCBA Certification is strictly required.
Licensure: Must be currently licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Education: Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Speech Therapy, or a related field.
Leadership Background: Proven experience in healthcare management, strategic planning, and operational oversight.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex clinical situations and make informed decisions that prioritize patient care.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
Clinical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of medical management practices, JCAHO standards, and behavioral health regulations.
Team Building: A focus on leading and motivating diverse teams in a high-growth healthcare setting.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour day shifts.
Work Location: In-person at the Richmond Hill clinic.
