**Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School-Based | 39-Week Contract | $80/hr | Start 9/22/26** **Position Overview** The **Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** provides behavioral consultation, training, and direct support within a school setting. This role includes conducting behavioral evaluations, developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and supervising behavioral service delivery. The BCBA serves as a clinical teacher-observing, assessing, and guiding staff to ensure high-quality, evidence-based behavioral support for students with academic and behavioral needs. **Key Responsibilities** + Conduct **behavioral assessments** and functional behavior evaluations + Develop and implement **Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)** + Provide **staff training** , coaching, and ongoing consultation + Observe, assess, and supervise behavioral programming in classrooms + Collaborate with school teams, families, and administrators + Maintain documentation in accordance with district and professional standards + Support students with behavioral and academic challenges across assigned caseload **Minimum Requirements** + Current **BCBA certification** from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) + Master's degree in **ABA, psychology, teaching, or related field** + Experience providing behavior analytic services in schools preferred + Minimum **1 year pediatric experience** preferred + Must hold a **CBT license** + Must complete **in-house orientation** prior to start + Must obtain **CPI certification** within first 30 days + Current CPR (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required) + Current health certificate (per contract/state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be **18 years or older** **Benefits** At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: + Competitive pay & weekly paychecks + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance + 401(k) savings plan + Awards and recognition programs *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status. **About Amergis** Amergis, formerly known as Maxim Healthcare Staffing, has served our clients and communities by connecting people to the work that matters since 1988.
