Location: Greater Tampa area (Lakeland, Wesley Chapel, North Tampa, Lutz)
Schedule: Full-time or part-time
Pay: $28–$35/hr, based on experience (W-2)

What you'll do

• Carry out and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans under BCBA supervision
• Supervise, train and coach RBTs and Behavior Technicians in the field
• Collect, graph and analyze data to guide treatment decisions
• Help with assessments, treatment plan updates and progress reports
• Work with families, caregivers and school teams to keep progress going in every setting
• Keep session documentation accurate and on time

What you'll need

• Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Experience in ABA (home, school or center settings are all a plus)
• Reliable transportation to travel between client settings in your area
• Strong communication skills and a team-first, family-centered approach
