About the Role:
The Assistant Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing all maintenance activities on their assigned shift. This includes overseeing the repair, servicing, and availability of all underground equipment and fixed plant assets to ensure safe, efficient operations. The Assistant Maintenance Coordinator works closely with operations leadership, maintenance planners, and technicians to uphold equipment reliability and maximize productivity.
