Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other job-related reasons.Job DetailsDescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the BOND Safety Plan on a Project Level Ensure that all health and safety project plans are implemented and Track the projects safety complianceLiaise with external agents and inspectors related to safety and healthAttend project kick-off meeting and review subcontractors safety materials for the jobWork collaboratively with Project management on the safe planning of the work while keeping them informed of issues and summarizing information and trendsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with owners safety personnel leading communication with them throughout projectMonitor and supervise all operations workers and subcontractors reporting the safety compliance of the project to BOND and the clientManage all subcontractor safety related issues along with Project Management. Proactively engage subcontractor safety officers managers to attend scheduled walkthroughs and site inspectionsMeet and enforce all safety rules and regulationsRegularly complete safety inspections of all projects ensuring each item is successfully addressed in a timely mannerProvide input and assistance with pre-task planning including subcontractor complianceMentor subordinates and promote team atmosphere reflecting BONDs valuesProduce regular safety inspections within ProcoreConduct accidentincident investigations 7-step review meetings and follow up with Safety Support ServicesQualificationsBS in Occupational Safety preferred with 3-5 years experience in the Construction IndustryRequires exceptional leadership interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive working relationshipsMust be a competent public speaker and safety trainer.Must be detail-oriented organized flexible and able to effectively multitask while working in a fast-paced environmentMust have excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met while providing accurate deliverablesBenefitsBOND offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical dental and vision insurance a 401k retirement plan with company contribution paid time off including vacation sick leave and holidays employer-paid life and disability insurance and access to additional voluntary benefits.The expected salary range for this role is 110000 to 135000 per year.
