Warehouse Associate – Temp-to-Hire  

Pay Rate: $19/hr

Job Summary: We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and preparing batteries for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting overall warehouse operations.  

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect batteries on pallets for defects 

Place caps on batteries and prepare them for charging  

Charge batteries prior to packaging  

Sort defective items and route them to QA 

Test defective units and re-palletize as needed  

Maintain a clean and safe work environment  

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
