Required Skills (Technical Competency) / Roles & Responsibilities :

• Minimum 7 years of Testing Experience in Battery systems for embedded products
• Create an execute test plan for battery validation as per the specifications and regulations.
• Should have good knowledge in battery testing activities such as Performance, Reliability, Safety, and Regulatory Tests.
• Expertise in battery cycle testing, including battery charge/discharge testing in different scenario, battery recycling testing etc.
• Knowledge on Lithium ion battery, Charge discharge cycling, constant current charging & Constant voltage charging, Quick charging concepts, Load for battery testing, battery management circuit and Thermal testing for battery.
• Should be able to support battery validation to explore boundary performance of battery systems.
• Knowledge for the assessment of batteries and energy storage systems used in wearable technology devices.
• Experience in using any battery testing tools for embedded battery systems
• Record and analyze test data, document test findings and support root cause analysis
• Responsible for test coverage analysis and system level HW/SW validation testing
• Should have excellent interpersonal and customer relational Skills.
• Active participation is Sprint planning and Retrospective meetings with customer
• Proficiency in test management tools like Azure and JIRA.
• Good to have knowledge in android and iOS testing, Python and ADB skills
• Nice to have experience in design and implementation of Automation testing
• Good to have experience in creation of automated test scripts to validate battery features and functions.
