We are looking for a reliable and motivated
Plant Batch Operator to join our team in Rincon, GA. The Batch Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating the batching equipment, monitoring production, and ensuring materials are mixed according to company specifications. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor batch plant equipment and controls.
Measure and mix materials according to production specifications.
Monitor the quality and consistency of finished products.
Load and unload raw materials as needed.
Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues.
Maintain accurate production and batch records.
Keep the plant and work area clean and organized.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform basic troubleshooting and communicate equipment problems to maintenance personnel.
Work closely with drivers, supervisors, and other plant employees to maintain production schedules.
Perform other duties as assigned.
